These terms and conditions of purchase and return (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between MB “In-bigdata”, whose registered office is located at Konstitucijos pr. 21A, Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and the Buyer, who purchases digital products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) from the Seller’s online store https:\/\/in-bigdata.com\/<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”).<\/p>\n

1.2. By placing an order in the Store, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n

2. Products<\/strong><\/h5>\n

2.1. The Store offers digital products such as e-books, courses, applications, and others. All products offered in the Store are protected by copyright.<\/p>\n

2.2. Product features, price, and other information are provided in the Store for each Product.<\/p>\n

3. Ordering and Payment<\/strong><\/h5>\n

3.1. The Buyer places an order in the Store by selecting the desired Products and making a payment.<\/p>\n

3.2. Payment for Products is made by payment methods: direct transfer, credit card.<\/p>\n

3.3. After paying for the Product, the Buyer gains access to the Product: by email, through a personal account.<\/p>\n

4. Product Delivery<\/strong><\/h5>\n

4.1. After successful payment, the Product is delivered to the Buyer electronically by email.<\/p>\n

4.2. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the Buyer receives all necessary information about the use of the Product.<\/p>\n

5. Buyer’s Rights<\/strong><\/h5>\n

5.1. The Buyer has the right to familiarize themselves with the Product description before purchasing it.<\/p>\n

5.2. After paying for the Product, the Buyer acquires the right to use the Product according to the terms set by the Seller.<\/p>\n

6. Buyer’s Obligations<\/strong><\/h5>\n

6.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and correct data necessary for order processing.<\/p>\n

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to protect their login information and not to disclose it to third parties.<\/p>\n

7. Product Return<\/strong><\/h5>\n

7.1. Due to the intangible nature of digital products, they are not returnable.<\/p>\n

7.2. In exceptional cases, if the Product does not comply with the description provided in the Store, the Buyer may contact the Seller to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n

8. Liability<\/strong><\/h5>\n

8.1. The Seller is not liable for any damage caused by the Buyer’s actions related to the use of the Product.<\/p>\n

8.2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by third parties.<\/p>\n

9. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/h5>\n

9.1. These Terms may be amended by the Seller. Buyers will be informed about changes to the Terms in the Store.<\/p>\n

9.2. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms through amicable negotiations.<\/p>\n
